-IF YOU ARE IMPATIENT Please just find another Artist because I am a Student and I am only able to work on my free time.-Rush Fee and Private Comm are now Added!- Regular Rush Fee +$30 ( Waiting time are between 1-7 months)
- VIP Rush Fee +$50 ( Waiting time from 1-7 hours or 1-3 months)

❥Patience:

- I'm a College student and my main priority is school. I work in my free time so don't be mad if I reply late to your message. As stated to that waiting minimum if 2-9 months or MORE it depends if something happen unexpectedly (such as my laptop broke, I got hospitalized or any school/family related problems.) .

❥Behavior:

- I try to make and do things professionally and I'm still trying so please be gentle with me.
- If I don't feel comfortable with your request or if you make me uncomfortable while in the process of working on your commission.
I have the rights to refuse to do your commission and depending on what stage I'm in your commission you will be refunded especially if you harass me you will be refunded 20-50% of the payment you send take it like its a payment for being having fun harassing me

❥Commercial Use/Rights

- Inform me if your going to use the art as a Commercial use.
- If you want to have a Commercial Rights please pay the fee which will be discussed.

❥Refunds

-I don't refund unless I wont be able to do your commission
Maximum of Waiting are 2-9months or so depends on how long I have in my Queue or something came up.
-I cannot do a refund if the artwork is already started!
- I can only not do refunds if im struggling financially.

❥Things to Know

- Pay as you Order I don't start Comm if not paid except if you're a regular client.
- Credit every time you use or post the art you get from me.
- (If you want me to rush your comm you have to pay extra $30 depends on how long your are placed in my Queue)
- My Queue are placed in my Trello I always update it 24/7
- I always Send Wips all the time but feel free to let me know if you dont want me to send any WIPs
- Commissions Are First Come First Serve
- Accepting DA Points but I refer PayPal (USD)also GCash(PHP).
- If ordering Sketches I'm not allowing them to be lined or colored by you. If you wanted them to be colored you must commission me it.
- Don't Use my Art as a Base
- Stealing and Tracing my Art will cause you to be list in my Blacklist and be Blocked.
- My Turn Around time is 2-5weeks once its scheduled.

❥Payments

- When it comes with payment you must always provide a Screenshot when you send a payment on me.
- Payments will be send via Invoice in PayPal

❥Bids/Offer and Holds

- In Auctions only Serious Bidders, Of you Bid Joke on me you will be automatically be added on my Black List.

❥BLACKLIST

- If you seen yourself in the List well think again... I'll remove people on my black list if I feel they deserve to be unblacklisted.
-For People on my Blacklist it means you may not participate to any ,password is leo, events,raffles and such that I'll be orginazing.
-Your No Longer Allowed to get commissions on me either buy adopts and such.
-Try to use alternate account to avoid the blacklist will result permanently Banned on any social medias I have.

❥Adoptables

- You cannot sell the character higher than you paid except if it has an extra art
- You can redesign the character but not too much that I couldn't recognize
- You can gift the OC to someone or Trade
- Commercial use for Adopts will extra charge (and must discuss via dm)
- For holds you must pay $10 hold fee which is nonrefundable to make sure you are 100% sure that you will purchase the character.
